The Seventh edition of the Annual technical summit of IIT Gandhinagar Amalthea'16 took place on October 22nd and October 23rd 2016. The summit had a plethora of speakers, technical conclaves, and signature events like the Drone race this year

As part of our school outreach program, a Two-day hands-on workshop for 100 teachers was conducted at our campus on 3rd and 4th October.

INNOVATION

A five-week immersion Foundation Programme for all new undergraduate students nurtures creativity, communication skills, ethics, teamwork, social engagement and physical fitness.

CRITICAL THINKING

IIT Gandhinagar undergraduate students undertake nearly 20% of their coursework in the liberal arts as well as compulsory courses in design and the life sciences.

PROJECT ORIENTED LEARNING

Our students have undertaken innovative community and commercial projects both inside and outside the classroom, from teaching science to students at a neighborhood school to developing a digital walking stick for the blind.

GLOBALIZATION

Nearly a quarter of IIT Gandhinagar undergraduate students availed educational or internship opportunities abroad.
